Tubular Cooler is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system.function of the equipment is to help clinker(1000~1200 entity)coming from the rotary kiln to have fully heat exchanges with air thought rotation of the shell body.In this way,clinker could be cooled down below 200 entity,quality and grindability of the clinker could be raised up.Fully feed the air after cooling the material into the kiln to be used as secondary circulating air so that heat efficiency could also be raised up.
